Why

National programmes for high-school students mobility
Italian secondary-level students can access a set of study abroad scholarships offered by local, regional and national bodies and financed through both public (FSE) and private funds.

Take the chance to highlight your institution and build connections with selected qualified Italian agents working with local schools on such study abroad projects.

  • PON
  • Italian high schools can participate in the PON Programme that allows student groups to travel abroad for work placements or language training experiences. PON opportunities are open to more than 3 million Italian students.

With the new Financial Framework 2014-2020, funding for PON projects amounts to over 3 billion Euros.

  • INPSIEME & ITACA
  • The INPSieme Language Summer Programme and the ITACA Scholarship for up to a full year in a high school abroad are funding opportunities offered by the largest social security and welfare institution in Italy - Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale (INPS).

For the ongoing academic year, ITACA and INPSIEME have granted 23,000+ scholarships to eligible Italian students.

Find out how to recruit Italian students through PON, INPSIEME and ITACA in our special e-book, which can be downloaded for free here.

The PON, INPSIEME & ITACA Workshop is going very well so far. If I have to summarize my ETN Focus Workshop experience in three words, I would use the letter of FOYLE: It is Friendly, it is very Fruitful for us and it is Focused in terms of the business we are trying to do.

Director at SUL Language Schools Ltd, UK

This is the first time I’ve been to an ETN Workshop. I find it extremely friendly. The preparation was excellent and when we arrived everybody was welcomed, everything was organized. That was great. Unlike some of the bigger events, here you are recognized, people know who you are, you feel good, you feel confident. Thank you, it is brilliant. This workshop is friendly, connected, and I’m excited about the future. Excited. And I would like to say the staff organising it has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Because of its size, the ETN PON, INPSIEME & ITACA Focus Workshop gives the opportunity to spend more time with familiar faces, as you get to know everybody in a few days. That has been really good. The workshop has been very good and useful.

This ETN Focus Workshop is exciting, promising and great. We made good connections with the agencies that we met. Here, you are really close to all the people that you meet; you have the feeling that they are listening to you and that they are interested in your school and your programs. They are really interested in what you are saying.

Coming to this workshop here in Naples has been a great experience. A great time, it is a really good warm experience. I like it because it’s a small environment, you have the chance to meet people and establish relationships with them.
The experience with this workshop has been intense, extremely friendly, human, and to be repeated. Thank you!

Sales and Marketing Director at Gateway School of English (GSE), Malta

This workshop is very different from the other workshops we’ve attended so far, because there is a lot of personalized service, it’s focused on the individual needs of every school and it’s also focused on the PON, INPSIEME & ITACA schemes, which is an important market for schools such as ours. I think that this workshop is an excellent one, because we have the chance to meet a lot of agents from Italy, and they are really interested in offering the PON, INPSIEME & ITACA schemes as well as sending groups to our school.

The ETN Focus Workshop is very informative and important for us, because the PON, INPSIEME & ITACA programmes bring many students to our school.

The PON, INPSIEME & ITACA Focus Workshop is also different, because unlike other networking events, it allows you to make a personal contact with everyone, not just with a few people that you have randomly met throughout the meetings.
